Scope

This statement applies to the website www.levante-spa.de, including all subpages.

Implementation Status

We have designed our website to be largely accessible in accordance with EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In particular, this includes:

• Semantic structure: Use of HTML headings (H1–H3), landmark regions, and a “Skip to content” link
• Alternative text: All content-relevant images include descriptive alt text
• Contrast & colors: Color contrast ratios of ≥ 4.5:1 for text and ≥ 3:1 for large text
• Keyboard accessibility & focus: Logical tab order and visible focus indicators throughout
• Forms: Clear labels and understandable error messages (e.g., via aria-live)
• Multimedia: Subtitles or transcripts provided for videos
• ARIA attributes: Careful use for interactive elements (e.g., tabs, accordions)

Exceptions

Some PDF documents and older videos are not yet fully accessible. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of this content.
